Originally from Montreal, Stéphane studied at Université Laval and has lived in the beautiful Saguenay region for 25 years. He is married and has three children. Stéphane completed a bachelor's degree in actuarial science and is an associate of the Society of Actuaries.

Early in his career, he worked for both private and public insurance companies. He then held several management positions in public health at CIUSSS du Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean.

His professional experiences allowed him to hone his expertise in finance and financial risk management. His work in public health also deepened his understanding of people’s needs, particularly those of vulnerable individuals.

Stéphane is known for his respect for others, his commitment, his responsibility and his ability to listen. He wants to put his social and financial skills to work for the people of his riding, Quebec, Canada and the Liberal Party.
